This policy explains when fees paid to Sonakshi Jan Seva Vikash Welfare Foundation can be refunded.

Registration and membership fees

Fees paid for registration, membership or examination are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed, except in the cases listed below.

When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same registration or donation (duplicate payment).
• Money was deducted from your account but the payment failed or the registration was not completed.
• The Foundation cancels the programme, examination or service you paid for.

How to request a refund

• Write to us within 7 days of the payment at sjsvwelfarefoundation@gmail.com or call +91 9065670733.
• Include your name, registered mobile number, Registration ID and the Razorpay payment ID or order ID.

Review and timeline

We will verify your request within 7 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are not refundable, except for a duplicate or erroneous payment reported within 7 days.
